Stainless

STAINLESS 304

304 is the most widely used austenitic stainless steel. It is also known as “18/8” stainless steel because of its composition, which includes 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Stainless 304 has high tensile strength and high impact strength. It has good ductility and welding properties as well as being a magnetic metal due to its ferrite content. 

Its properties is more than that of aluminium which makes it more expensive as it is heavier.

We use stainless for signage, hygiene products such as dispensers, ID tags, Asset Tags, Plates and any other industrial or commercial products.

STAINLESS 316

316 stainless steel is often considered one of the most suitable choices when selecting an austenitic stainless steel for marine applications. 

This type of steel is slightly more expensive than 304  but is heavier than aluminium.

We use stainless for signage, hygiene products such as dispensers, ID tags, Asset Tags, Plates and any other industrial or commercial products.

STAINLESS 430

Stainless 430 has high tensile strength and high impact strength. It has good ductility and welding properties as well as being a magnetic metal due to its ferrite content. 

430 Stainless is more expensive than both 304 and 316 and is usually requested by the client.
