CNC BENDING SERVICES
Computer numerically controlled (CNC) bending is a manufacturing process that is carried out by CNC press brakes. These machines can bend sheet metal work from just a few mm across to sections many metres long.
Metal Graphics has 3 CNC bending machines to accommodate various sheet material thicknesses (up to 3mm) and sizes.
Using CNC bending technology you can produce almost any component design from flat materials. A basic example of this would be the creation of a 90 degree bend transforming a flat piece of metal into an ‘L’ shaped bracket.
CNC ROUTING/MACHINING SERVICES
The CNC router is considered a fairly universally usable tool
in modern machine shops, with its primary purpose being to cut softer materials
like wood, plastic, acrylic, foam, and certain softer metals such as aluminium
and brass.
Routing allows us to offer a wide range of services and products including, but not limited to, signage solutions, shopfitting panelling, display solutions, furniture manufacturing and engraving into various type of materials.
Our routing machine accommodates up to 2500 x 1250m long sheets and we can work with thickenesses up 30mm depending on the material.
CNC PUNCHING & PERFORATING SERVICES
Metal Graphics offers Punching and Perforation of sheets of various pitches and hole sizes.
Maximum material thickness for perforation is 4mm Aluminium, 3mm mild steel and 2mm stainless steel.
The maximum sheet size our CNC punching machine accommodates is3 x 1.5m
